Is there a free trial for Pro?
The Free plan is not a trial — it is a permanent plan with 3 proposals per month. Use it as long as you want. Upgrade to Pro when you need unlimited proposals, deposits, or auto-chase reminders.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard settings. You keep Pro features until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free plan.
Does GetPaidFirst take a cut of my payments?
No. GetPaidFirst does not take a percentage of your payments. Stripe charges its standard processing fee (2.9% + 30 cents per transaction). The subscription fee is the only cost from GetPaidFirst.
What payment methods do clients use?
Clients pay through Stripe Checkout, which accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and routed directly to your connected bank account.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes. GetPaidFirst uses Stripe Connect to route payments to your bank account. You will connect or create a Stripe account during onboarding. It takes about 5 minutes.
